Choose from white vinyl, clear vinyl, kraft, or metallic substrates. Pick one of our 8 stock die shapes for fast turnaround, or upload your own custom die-cut design. Add gloss or matte lamination, cold foil accents, or spot UV — all applied in-line during printing. Final product delivered on roll, ready for application.

  — Oval: 3.5"×2.25"
  — Square: 3"×3" with rounded corners
- Custom die-cut shapes available with 3-4 day die production lead time
- Optional gloss, matte, or soft-touch lamination
- Optional cold foil accents (gold, silver, copper, rose gold)

Specs & file setup:
- Preferred file format: PDF (PDF/X-1a), AI
- Include 0.125" bleed on all sides
- Keep critical content 0.0625" inside the cut line
- CMYK color space, 300 DPI minimum
- If using cold foil: provide a separate spot color layer named "Foil"
- If using spot UV: provide a separate spot color layer named "SpotUV"
- Custom die shapes: include a vector cut path on a separate layer named "DieLine"
- Upload templates available for all 8 stock dies — contact us for the template

A few production notes:
- Stock die orders qualify for same-day, next-day, or 3-day production.
- Custom die-cut orders require 3-4 days for die fabrication before production. Same-day and next-day are not available for custom shapes.
- Cold foil color is uniform across the entire run. For multi-color foil labels, contact us at hello@isgcxpress.com for a custom quote.
- Lamination and finish options apply uniformly to all labels in a run.
- Roll specifications: 3" core diameter, label face out, standard wind direction unless specified otherwise.
