Shipping Policy

Processing Time

ISGCxPress is a custom print manufacturer. All orders are produced to order after payment is received and artwork is approved. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Production time depends on the Turnaround option selected at checkout:

  • Same Day — Order proofed by 11am CT ships the same business day
  • Next Day — Ships the next business day
  • 3-Day Standard — Ships within 3 business days (default)
  • Economy — Ships within 5–7 business days

Production begins once payment clears and artwork files are approved. Files submitted after 11am CT are considered received the next business day.

Shipping Methods — United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Transit time begins the business day after the order ships. Tracking information is provided by email when your order leaves our facility.

DFW Metro Area — Pickup & Local Delivery

For customers within the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, we offer two local options:

  • Pickup (FREE) — 1210 Champion Circle, Suite 100, Carrollton, TX 75006. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CT. You'll receive a "Ready for pickup" email when your order is complete.
  • Local Delivery ($25, orders over $75) — Same-day courier within a 25-mile radius of Carrollton, available Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders proofed by 11am CT deliver the same business day production completes. Orders after 11am CT deliver the next business day.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. We observe: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier. ISGCxPress is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your order is lost or delayed beyond the carrier's stated transit window, please contact us at hello@isgcxpress.com with your order number and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging or contents arrive damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the damage (packaging + product)
  2. Email hello@isgcxpress.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will coordinate a reprint or refund per our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are subject to reshipment fees. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

A few things worth flagging

1. Email address — I used hello@isgcxpress.com as a placeholder. Make sure this forwarding/alias actually exists in your email setup before customers start using it. If your actual customer service email is different (e.g., orders@isgcxpress.com or routing to your existing ISGC Packaging support team), swap it.

2. Phone number — matches what you set in the Shopify Payments statement descriptor (972-554-8000). Consistent across the store — good.

3. Turnaround naming — I used "Same Day," "Next Day," "3-Day Standard," "Economy" to match standard SE calculator options. If your actual calculator uses different labels, adjust to match exactly so customers aren't confused.

4. 25-mile radius specified — matches the actual Shopify Local Delivery config you set up earlier.

5. "Ready for pickup" email — Shopify auto-sends this when you mark the order ready in admin. The policy references real platform behavior.
