Return & Refund Policy
Because every order is custom-printed to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for finished products. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. Here's how we handle issues.
What We'll Fix (at no cost to you)
We will reprint or refund your order if any of the following occur:
- Manufacturing defects such as misprinting, streaking, color banding, registration errors, bad cuts, incorrect folds, or other production problems
- Shipping damage that affects the usability of the product
- Orders that don't match your specifications (wrong quantity, wrong size, wrong stock, wrong finish)
- Quality below our published tolerances for color accuracy, cut precision, or registration
To request a reprint or refund, email orders@isgcxpress.com within 7 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of what's wrong
We review all requests within 1 business day and complete reprints within your original turnaround window whenever possible.
What We Can't Fix
We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for the following:
- Artwork issues on your end — typos, spelling errors, incorrect contact information, or design problems in the file you uploaded
- Color variations within industry-standard tolerances (±5% Delta E) — digital presses produce excellent color accuracy, but monitor colors and printed colors will never match exactly
- Changes of heart or design regrets after production has started
- Orders already in production — cancellation is only available within 1 hour of placement, or before production begins, whichever comes first
Want a Physical Proof Before Full Production?
For larger orders, complex embellishments (Scodix, foil stamping, multi-piece kits), or color-critical jobs, we strongly recommend a physical proof before committing to the full run.
- Proof cost: $45 flat fee
- Proof turnaround: 1 business day
- What you get: One production-spec printed sample shipped to you for review
- Credited toward your order: If you approve and proceed with full production, $25 of the proof fee is credited to your final invoice
To request a physical proof, add a note at checkout or email orders@isgcpress.com before placing your order.
If you choose to skip the proof and proceed directly to production, you accept responsibility for artwork accuracy and color expectations. We cannot reprint for color or artwork issues on proof-waived orders.
Color Expectations
Digital printing produces vibrant, consistent color, but a few things to know:
- Screen vs. print: Monitors use RGB light; paper uses CMYK ink. Even a perfectly calibrated monitor will display colors slightly differently than the printed result.
- Stock affects color: The same ink prints differently on matte, gloss, soft-touch, or uncoated papers. Premium 16pt with soft-touch lamination, for example, slightly mutes vibrant colors.
- Batch variation: Color may vary within ±5% Delta E between production runs. For reorders requiring exact color match, request a physical proof and we'll match to the approved sample.
If color accuracy is critical to your project, request a physical proof before full production.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before production begins, whichever comes first. Once your job is on press or in finishing, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Photograph the damaged packaging before opening, if possible
- Photograph the damaged product
- Email orders@isgcpress.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number
We'll file the carrier claim and reprint your order at no cost to you.
